Give each portal its own branding 🎨

Have a portal that you need customised in a certain way for the people using it? For example, maybe one of your partners is using a portal, and you want it to have their branding, not yours.

Well, now you can set a unique colour, logo and favicon per portal, rather than having to use your existing global Dash theme. ​

Go to Admin > Portals > Your portal name > Theming and try it for yourself!

See where your downloads are coming from, in more detail than ever!

Trying to figure out where all the downloads from your Dash are coming from?

We've just released our most in-depth account-wide reporting yet, breaking downloads down in to those coming from:

• Signed in users
• Public share links (including collections)
• Portals

What's more, is you can click into each of these download types for a full picture of the downloads on from that location:

AI Search

Search how you think. Use natural language to find your assets, e.g. "yellow candles on a shelf" or "flip flops in the sand during sunset".

No manual tagging is required!

Dash learns your tagging habits and will intelligently suggest field updates on new and existing assets, boosting discoverability with less effort.

Feature availability

AI features are available on all of our usage-based plans. If you are on one of our legacy plans (Starting, Growing, Dashing) and would like to try these features out, just get in touch.

By popular demand, we've added a new page to Dash called Browse, which lets you navigate your Dash visually, folder by folder.

• Browse through your folders visually
• Create cover images for subfolders to make browsing more intuitive
• Browse by your custom fields as well
• Use suggested filters to further narrow down the results

Our Dash WordPress plugin now supports adding Dash images directly into WooCommerce without having to leave WordPress.

With the plugin, you can:

• Choose a Dash image for your product's featured product image
• Add Dash images into a product's product gallery

Now you can import your Dash assets directly into your WordPress media library. (Previously, you could only import assets directly into pages you were editing.)

This will help you if:

• You are preparing your media library assets in advance of editing a page
• You use a custom editor that doesn't support the Dash WordPress plugin

The WordPress integration is available to all users at no extra charge. We hope you enjoy this update 🙂

We've added some filtering improvements to make finding the perfect asset that bit easier!

🔍 Choose to switch your filters between and / or

When selecting multiple items in a filter, you might want to search for assets that include all of those options, or any. Now you can!

🔍 Sort your folders and fields alphabetically

Now you can choose to sort your list of folders alphabetically. This also works within any field that contains a list of data (e.g. dropdown lists).

🔍 Find assets without fields populated

You can choose the "is empty" option now within a filter to find any assets that don't haven't had any field options selected.

Trim videos

You can now trim the start and end positions of videos, to download only the exact portion of a video you need.

Resize videos

Choose from preset sizes or manually choose your own dimensions, to download videos in the specific size you need.

By popular demand, we are pleased to launch Guest upload 🎉

You can now create a public upload link, allowing non-Dash users to upload assets directly to your Dash.

This is great for giving photographers, members of the public (for UGC), influencers and others an easy way to send you assets without the need to use emails, wetransfer etc!

You can now browse your Dash assets from within Shopify, and add them to your products' images with a single click.

To enable the integration, just send us a message using the in-app chat and we'll send you an installation link.
