Here's everything we released in April, including bug fixes and smaller tweaks that don't normally get promoted, for those power users out there!

Improvements ✨

🚪 Portal analytics:

  • You can now set a custom date range.
  • We've added a summary table, so you can easily see your most downloaded assets.

📷 Social media preset sizes:

  • We've updated some of the social media preset sizes to make them in line with the most current standards; these are the LinkedIn "Company logo size" preset and the Facebook "Profile photo" preset.
  • We've renamed the "Twitter" section to "X.com" instead.

Other improvements

  • We've made it clearer when moving an item to the bin that active embeddable links will only stop working once the asset is permanently deleted from the bin.
  • Hidden system files are no longer included when uploading to Dash in bulk or when uploading folders.
  • When creating a folder during the upload process, that folder will now be automatically assigned to the assets (this can be easily un-assigned if necessary).
  • When downloading an asset, the button to select the file format (JPG, PNG etc) is now larger. This speeds up the process, especially when working through assets quickly.

Bug fixes 🛠️

  • There was a temporary bug where customers using the new ratings field were having issues with the Canva integration. This is now fixed.
  • Some accounts were experiencing issues with page lagging if navigating to the "Groups" page in the "Admin" section. This is now fixed.
  • Expired shares were being counted in "active share links" when deleting a user. This has now been fixed and expired shares are not included.
