Here's everything we released in June and July, including bug fixes and smaller tweaks that don't normally get promoted, for those power users out there!

New features 📣

📊 Lots more reports!

We've added a bunch of new download reports to help you understand how your Dash is being used:

  • View downloads from your users
  • View downloads from public share links
  • View downloads from portals

Find out about all our reports in our reporting overview article.

🎨 Portal theming

You can now apply custom themes to your portals, so you can create a more tailored visual experience for your retailers and partners who visit your portals.

Learn more about portal theming in our portals article.

🖼️ Figma and Adobe Express integration

You can now access Dash from within Figma and Adobe Express, via our LinkrUI integration.

Improvements ✨

  • We've added a portal search bar so you can quickly find your portals.
  • To protect all Dash accounts, we've added usage limits to various activities in Dash (e.g. how many fields you can have). This is unrelated to download/storage usage billing, just a technical limit. Read the full list of technical limits in this article.
  • The bin now shows freshly binned assets without requiring a refresh.
  • Bulk selected assets in the edit screen are remembered when viewing the asset details and returning to the edit screen.

Bug fixes 🛠️

  • Fixed an issue where black bars would sometimes appear on custom folder thumbnails.
  • Fixed an issue where subfolders would disappear when editing a permission group.
  • Fixed an issue where reports were including assets downloaded on different days to the reporting period (this was related to timezones).
  • Expired collection shares weren't reactivating when their date was updated.
  • Dropbox/Google Drive connections would stop working if their authentication token expired.
  • In rare situations, users were able to upload to folders they didn't have permission to.
  • Improved navigation via the in-app back button so it returns you to where you were.
